Viewings and Feedback
Viewings are carried out strictly by appointment either by yourselves if living in the property or by Fenton Board if the property is empty or if you prefer us to show prospective buyers around we are happy to do so. All viewings by Fenton Board are conducted as accompanied and we do not release keys or leave viewers unattended.
All offers made are reported both verbally and in writing, every attempt is made to qualify the offer in terms of the prospective purchasers 'ability to proceed'. Your allocated Senior Negotiator with check all the details of any chains with the respective Estate Agents and check that the property is sold, cash offers need to be veryfied by means of 'proof of cash' whether it be by a bank statement or letter from the bank manager. If the prospective buyer will only provide your negotiator with a bank/building society 'decision in principle' we will advise our vendor that the offer although acceptable has not been fully qualified by Fenton Board and therefore we would seek your next steps.
