| David M Board - Managing Director - David is 43 years old. Married with 3 children and living in Sheffield. David started his career in 1987 working as a junior valuer for Henry Spencer and Sons, then for Prudential Property Services and by 1989 was managing his own branch in Sheffield. David then moved to Halifax Estate Agents in 1991 managing the Crystal Peaks office for over 8 years where he became the leading agent in the area and top office in the country. David had been with Halifax Estate Agents as the Estate Agency Partner in the Rotherham office prior to him setting up Fenton Board. |

| Ruth Brothers - Office Manager - Ruth is married and lives in Sheffield.
